BNPD LAUNCHES ’28-DAYS OF HIDE & SEEK’ AS FEBRUARY INITIATIVE
The Benton Police Department is launching the “28-Days of Hide & Seek” initiative for February, which will be focusing on serving officers serving warrants with emphasis on felony warrants. The BNPD will use investigative research tools and work with other law enforcement agencies to locate suspects to serve their warrants.
    
The Benton Police Department became the first law enforcement agency in the U.S. to receive training from safeTALK. BNPD officers, staff, and dispatchers with the Communications Department, received the training to best recognize individuals who maybe suicidal and how to best react.
