On 7/1/15, at approximately 12:16 PM, officers with the Benton Police Department took a report of a residential burglary and theft in the 1800 block of Leawood Drive. It was reported to officers that neighbors witnessed somebody break into the home, but they were gone prior to their arrival.
On 7/2/15, detectives with the Benton Police Department were diligently conducting follow-up investigations into recent burglaries when they discovered information about a possible suspect.
