On 1/4/15, at approximately 2:07 AM, an officer with the Benton Police Department observed a vehicle traveling at high rate of speed on I-30 eastbound near the 118 exit. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, but it didn’t stop and proceeded to speed up.
