On 1/4/15, at approximately 2:07 AM, an officer with the Benton Police Department observed a vehicle traveling at high rate of speed on I-30 eastbound near the 118 exit. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, but it didn’t stop and proceeded to speed up.

On 12/27/14, at approximately 9:34 am, officers with the Benton Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Hwy 35 S. on a report of a theft from a vehicle call.

On 12/25/14, at approximately 2:30 am, officers with the Benton Police Department responded to the area of Stonewall Dr. on report of a resident in area observing a suspicious person in the area trying to open car doors.
