BNPD INVESTIGATING AGGRAVATED ROBBERY, ATTEMPTED MURDER

BNPD officers responded to the area of Highway 5 North and Kenwood- Circle K and Exxon stations- just after midnight Saturday following reports of an aggravated robbery with one injured victim. Officers discovered an 85-year-old male subject on scene who had been run over by a vehicle. He was transported for treatment and is in stable condition.

Following initial investigation, 32-year-old Brittany Johnson, of Hot Springs, was arrested for Aggravated Robbery, Theft of Property- Class B Felony; Terroristic Threatening- Class D Felony; Attempted Capital Murder- Class Y Felony; Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property to Facilitate Certain Crimes- Class B Felony; and two counts of Criminal Mischief- Class D and Class C Felonies, respectively.
