CITIZEN’S HELP REQUESTED IN IDENTIFYING JEWELRY THEFT SUSPECTS

Suspects CollageSMALLDetectives with the Benton Police Department are requesting the assistance of citizens to help identify two people suspected of taking items from Young’s Jewelers. At approximately 4:41 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, employees reported that two black females previously entered the store and after picking out an earring set, went to the front register. The two then asked to view a diamond ring.

The suspects reportedly asked if the store had a layaway plan and when the employee went to ask a store associate, the two women left the store. One of the suspects reportedly has a tattoo of the word “Sweet C” on her right arm. The two suspects were last seen driving out of the parking lot in silver car.
