On 9/4/14, at approximately 8:35 AM, an officer with the Benton Police Department conducted a traffic stop on two people riding a moped at the intersection of Smithers Dr. and Alcoa Road.  

On 9/4/14, at approximately 10:24 AM, officers with the Benton Police Department were dispatched to the old Saline County Airport (Airlane Dr.) on report of a disturbance. Upon their arrival, officers made contact with four individuals who were there.
