On 9/12/14, Detectives with the Benton Police Department arrested another suspect, identified as Khaleel Siddiq (18 YOA) of Benton, in relation to a recent incident involving glass being shot out at the Benton High School.  Another suspect in the case has been identified as Dalton Jones (19 YOA) of Benton, and is in addition to Justin Carroll who was arrested in the case on 9/11.

Based on information and evidence gathered by detectives, they were able to determine that Jones and Siddiq were involved with the first suspect, Justin Carroll (18 YOA), in the second shooting incident that occurred on 9/6. Additionally, information they obtained also indicated that Jones was possibly a suspect in an armed robbery that took place in Little Rock recently.  Detectives with the Little Rock Police Department were notified and Jones was placed under arrest by their agency.

Both Jones and Siddiq are charged with committing a Terroristic Act, Criminal Mischief, and Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm from a Vehicle. Siddiq is currently incarcerated in the Saline County Detention Facility and Jones currently has an active warrant for his arrest on these charges and is awaiting extradition from Pulaski County.  This is still an on-going investigation and additional charges could be possible.
