McFail Johnson Jefferson SMALLLLLThree suspects are facing more than 40 felony charges each after 43 suspected cloned credit cards are found in their possession. The suspects reportedly attempted to fraudulently load gift cards at a Walmart store in Malvern and after they left, the Malvern employees contacted employees at the Benton Walmart about the suspects.

At approximately 1:43 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, Benton Walmart loss prevention team members contacted officers about the suspects who left the store, got into a vehicle and drove toward Interstate 30. Officers located the suspects on I-30 and conducted a traffic stop. During a search of the vehicle, officers located 43 suspected cloned credit cards. The suspects were taken into custody and face charges of:

  • Quentin Demon McFail, 29, of Dallas, Texas – 43 counts of 2nd degree Forgery, class C felony; Criminal Use of Property or Laundering Criminal Proceeds, class C felony; and Theft of Property, class D felony;
  • Shatonna Delzona Johnson, 25, of Fort Worth, Texas – 42 counts of 2nd degree Forgery, class C felony; Criminal Use of Property or Laundering Criminal Proceeds, class C felony; and Theft of Property, class D felony;
  • Chasity Herlecia Jefferson, 25, of Fort Worth, Texas - 42 counts of 2nd degree Forgery, class C felony; Criminal Use of Property or Laundering Criminal Proceeds, class C felony; and Theft of Property, class D felony.

All three suspects are expected to face additional charges from the Malvern Police Department. This is an on-going investigation and more charges are possible from the Benton Police Department and/or other law enforcement agencies.
