Authorities are continuing the search for 20-year-old Courtney Zyronne Johnson of North Little Rock who escaped from Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Benton on Sunday.
Johnson was an inmate in the Lonoke County Detention Center for charges of Aggravated Robbery, Possession of Firearm by Certain Persons, and Theft of Property. He received a court order from a judge in Lonoke County to be transferred to Rivendell. At approximately 6:40 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017, Johnson reportedly jumped a fence at Rivendell with assistance from another person at the Rivendell facility. The person who helped in the escape is facing a class C felony charge of Assisting in Escape.
Anyone with information on Johnson is urged to call 911 immediately and do not approach him. He is considered armed and dangerous. Johnson is black male, 6-foot, 3-inches tall and about 154 pounds. He was last seen wearing a North Carolina blue shirt with the number 32 on the back, blue jeans, and blue shoes. Johnson has tattoos on his arms and chest.
Johnson additionally has warrants with Little Rock Police Department for Robbery, Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office for Robbery and three counts of Probation Revocation, Cabot Police Department for Aggravated Robbery, Saline County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Robbery, and the Benton Police Department for 2nd degree Escape, a class B felony. The investigation and search for Johnson is on-going, and additional charges for Johnson could be forthcoming.
