PicMonkey CollageSMALLIn response to numerous citizen reports, via social media and through the Benton Police Department and Saline County Sheriff’s Office TIP line, an investigation was conducted at 600 Pearl Street in Benton for suspected narcotic activity. The six-month investigation revealed evidence that Methamphetamine had been distributed from the home.

As a result of the investigation a search warrant was obtained and executed at the home at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, May 19. Officers seized quantities of suspected Methamphetamine and assorted Methamphetamine drug paraphernalia from the home during the execution of the search warrant. The six people taken into custody and their charges are as follows:

• Kimberly Green, 59, of Benton – faces charges of Delivery of Methamphetamine, Use of a Communication Device to Facilitate a Crime, Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property to Facilitate Certain Crimes, Maintaining a Drug Premises within a 1000 feet, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; all are felony charges.

• Stacey Michelle Brown, 43, of Benton – faces a charge of felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Halana Carol Cook-Pater, 32, of Benton – faces a charge of felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Billy Craig Pater, 35, of Alexander – faces a felony charge of felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Rodrick Keyron Washington, 23, of Benton – had an Absconder Warrant with the Arkansas Board of Parole

• Jessica Dolly Pritchard, 36, of Mabelvale – had a warrant with the Benton Police Department for Failure to Appear.

Other arrests are expected in the near future as the investigation progresses.

The BNPD and SCSO would like to thank the citizens for reporting concerns of activity at the home at 600 Pearl Street and of concerns due to the proximity to churches, elementary school, and children that live in the area.
