Officer Observes Suspicious Activity Which Leads to Felony Charges

Jordan is charged with Breaking or Entering, Use of Another Persons Property to Facilitate a Crime, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony), Theft by Receiving, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor), Theft by Receiving, Theft of Property, and Possession of Instruments of Crime.  Additionally, Jordan is an active parolee out of the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections.
