On 9/5/13, at approximately 1:38 AM, officers responded to a 911 call of a disturbance on Cedarhurst Drive. Upon their arrival they made contact with the victim, and witnesses, who said that a suspect had physically attacked her and caused bodily harm.
Contact was then made with the suspect in the case, later identified as Chad Harris (B/M, 41 YOA), at the residence. After an investigation, Mr. Harris was subsequently placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault without incident, and was transported to the Saline County Detention Facility for processing.
The investigation is still on-going and more charges could be possible in the case.
