Officers then observed three suspects running from the business and gave chase.  After a short foot pursuit one suspect, later identified as James Weddle (47 YOA), was apprehended without further issues. Weddle and Darrough are both charged with Commercial Burglary, Theft of Property, Theft by Receiving, and Criminal Mischief.  Additionally, Darrough was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor due to the fact that he left his three year old child in a separate vehicle at the crime scene.
