Disturbance Call Leads to Two Arrests

On 9/4/13, at approximately 7:51 PM, officers responded to the area of S. Market St. and Jackman St. on a report of suspicious people.  While in-route, officers were informed that two subjects were hiding in bushes near a house located on S. Market Street. 

 

Upon their arrival officers were able to locate both subjects, who were later identified as Christopher Tucker (W/M, 31 YOA) and Thomas Tucker (W/M, 33 YOA).   Officers also made contact with a victim on Pearl St. who advised the Tucker subjects had broken into his home and physically attacked him. 

After an investigation, both Tucker subjects were placed under arrest without incident.  The victim in the case was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Both suspects are charged with Battery 3rd Degree and Residential Burglary, and Christopher Tucker was also charged with Public Intoxication.
