On 1/8/16, at approximately 6:14 p.m., officers with the Benton Police Department responded to the Econo Lodge on Interstate 30 in reference to a breaking and entering in progress. Upon their arrival, officers made contact with the complainant who informed them that a man was noticed looking through the trunk of a vehicle and a woman was in the driver’s seat.
The complainants said they confronted the suspects, later identified Dylan B. Crowell (35 YOA) and Mary K. Harrington (31 YOA), and held them on the ground at gun point until officers arrival. Crowell and Harrington were taken into custody and each are facing charges for Breaking and Entering.
