It was relayed to officers that a silver Cadillac and a silver Nissan were trying to run each other off of the roadway and that a subject driving the Cadillac had fired a pistol towards the Nissan. Officers were able to locate the driver of the silver Cadillac, identified as Andrew Bryant (B/M, 27 YOA), at the address the vehicle license plate was registered to (3920 Winterlake Dr.). Mr. Bryant was charged with Aggravated Assault Against a Family or Household Member (D Felony), 4 counts of Aggravated Assault (D Felony) due to Ms. Self having four juvenile passengers, 5 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (D Felony) due to one juvenile being in the vehicle with him and the four in Ms. Self’s, Committing a Terroristic Act (B Felony), and Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm (B Felony). Bryant also had a concealed carry permit which was seized by officers and forwarded to State Police. Ms. Self was charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault (D Felony), Domestic Aggravated Assault (D Felony), 4 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (D Felony) due to there being four juveniles in her vehicle, Criminal Trespassing (C Misdemeanor) for being on Mr. Bryant’s property, and 1st Degree Criminal Mischief (C Felony) for damaging Mr. Bryant’s motorcycle.
