Investigation Leads Detectives to Burglary Suspect

On 8/30/13, officers took a report of a burglary at an address on Springhill Road.  It was determined that numerous items were stolen out of the residence including a bed and home furnishings.  

 
Detectives obtained information that led them to a possible suspect in the case, later identified as Joey Plummer (44 YOA).  Evidence discovered during their investigation subsequently led to the arrest of Plummer in relation to this incident.  While apprehending Plummer, detectives also located illegal narcotics, suspected to be methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia items.  
 
Plummer is charged with Residential Burglary, Theft of Property, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was transported to the Saline County Detention Facility for processing without incident.
