Disturbance With Shots Fired Call Leads To Arrest

JonathanPage1    On 12/13/13, at approximately 9:30 PM, officers responded to a disturbance with shots fired call in the 500 block of N. Fourth Street.  Upon their arrival, they made contact with the suspect and other parties at the residence.  
 
    The victim in the incident reported that the suspect, later identified as Jonathan Page (32 YOA) of Benton, started arguing with him and threatened him with a pistol.  He told officers that Page fired the pistol into the air and ground, and also pointed it towards him during the altercation.  
 
    During the course of the investigation, officers gather information and evidence which subsequently led to Page being arrested.  Page is charged with Aggravated Assault and more charges could be forthcoming in the future as the investigation continues.
