BNPD DETECTIVES ARREST SUSPECT FOR MULTIPLE FELONY THEFT AND FRAUD CHARGES

1285-15On 3/17/15, at approximately 2:30 PM, detectives with the Benton Police Department located a suspect, Danny Parker (30 YOA) of Alexander, who was wanted on multiple felony charges.  
 
After receiving information about his whereabouts, Parker was arrested at an address on Hiland Circle without incident.  He was charged with multiple felony warrant charges that consisted of; 5 counts of Theft of Property, 4 counts of Forgery, and 1 count of Identify Fraud.  Parker was also charged with additional charges of Financial Identity Fraud and Escape 3rd Degree.  
 
The additional charge of Financial Identity Fraud stemmed from a case where Parker allegedly used another person’s personal information and used it in an attempt to purchase a vehicle.  The escape charge resulted from when Parker attempted to flee on foot from detectives after being arrested, but was apprehended shortly afterwards.  
 
This is an on-going investigation and additional charges could be forthcoming.  Parker was one of our most wanted suspects and through the utilization of our website and social media he was located through information provided to us.
